I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room on the sixth floor was quiet and had a cozy bathtub, equipped with all we needed. The bed was comfortable, the air-conditioning worked well, and the bathroom was large and nice. The only downside is that the room might feel tight with more than 2 people. The service was extremely helpful, kind, and efficient, making my stay even more enjoyable. The location was excellent, just behind La Puerta del Sol, allowing easy access to the city center. The dining experience was nice with a good selection of food each day. Overall, a great value for the price.

On the positive side, the service was excellent, especially in advising us on using the Renfe train. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. The location was perfect, in the center of Madrid close to tourist attractions. However, it always seemed busy, impacting their ability to provide detailed answers about local attractions. The dining experience needs improvement, as it was a little let down and not always the freshest. Overall, the hotel offers great value for money but could benefit from some enhancements.
